New tags are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. You can collect your tag in person at any Salik service center for immediate activation.
First, check that your tag is properly affixed to your windshield. If issues persist, visit a service center for testing. A replacement fee of AED 105 applies for damaged or faulty tags.
No, Salik tags are vehicle-specific and cannot be transferred. You'll need to register a new tag for each vehicle.
You can check your balance through the Salik mobile app, website portal, or by calling our customer service line. SMS alerts are also available when your balance falls below AED 20.
